I'll just have to find another company to help me. Surely. I'll head over to Bucklands first to find out if Sarah was able to get any work done.
After Payton climbed over the rubble and into the window of where her office was, she was able to get her palm pilot. After she retreived it, she told the firemen that she was done and they could get back to work.
I guess I'll have to find another office for now.
In the back of Bucklands was a smaller office building that seemed untouched but was owned by Bucklands. Payton decided to start up shop there. She would contact the proper authorities and get power, light, and phones working before the end of the week.

Susan got into the office rather early to get Payton's desk in order before she came in. Susan already opened the doors so that the workers could come in and start rebuilding.
Susan was about to leave and find herself a desk when Payton's phone rang.
"Bucklands, can I help you?"
"Susan, can you come help me? I'm at Starbucks with the coffee and I can't go into depth why I can't help myself but I need you to meet me here."
"Sure, Ms. Spencer. I'll be right over." Why can't she just walk? It is just down the street. Oh well. I better get moving if she is expecting me.
Susan put her purse in the bottom drawer of Payton's desk and headed out.

She handed one carafe to Susan and then took the lead out of the door. She walked to Bucklands with Susan.
Payton put the carafe on her desk and saw that it was more orderly. She turned to Susan and thanked her. "Thank you for doing this, Susan. I appreciate it." Payton went into her bottom drawer and grabbed her coffee mug and went to pump coffee into it.
Then she looked at Susan. "Susan, please let the workers know that there is fresh coffee for their next break. As for my schedule, I am planning on being at my desk all day trying to find other locations for our precious pieces." Payton didn't mind Susan as she left.
She looked in her purse and went for another Motrin.
